We are digging our way through what has turned out to be a tremendous amount of food this season. Good weather, luck, and intuition has put us in a good spot. Too good of a spot actually – we’re trying to transition into our winter production but the summer beds are still tossing out more! RedTree Farm’s cucumbers are just coming on and let me tell you, there are hundreds of plants setting cucumbers as I type this. Try to tell them it’s September.
This week, I thought I’d keep it brief and post a few pictures from our latest harvest. These items we’ll have at market this week .
